Creative Valley at the Park opens in 2027!

Creative Valley is expanding into Smakkelaarspark, right next to its Creative Valley Utrecht Central Station location.

Creative Valley at the Park – approximately 4,600 m² – will be an innovative hub featuring flexible workspaces, dedicated offices with meeting rooms, an auditorium and theater, a harbor, and a rooftop terrace. Once again, it will be a place where interaction, creativity, community, and top-tier hospitality come together, all in Creative Valley’s signature high-quality style.

The entire project is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027.
